Slang partially, yes. But mostly - because of a very bizarre pronunciation. Russian young gangsters or just teenagers from a troubled families speak exactly like this young man, something like quick one-syllable barking: "eh-uh-ah-bum-bdang".
I understand Scottish accent well enough, and even like it in movies, if there are more or less educated people who talk not too quickly. But in your video I hardly recognize a half of the words...
What about slang, Russian crimilal world has its slang deeply developed, it's almost a language: adult people can talk very clearly, and you still don't understand a word.
