This is how the Moldovan state road maintenance authority did the road for us (yep, just on top of the dirt and grass without even evening it out). And note how they threw the beer bottle and a plastic cup (judging by the quality of work I assume it was used for vodka) to the ground right there next to their "work".

Needless to say, I will make them clean this mess up and do it all over again under our supervision.
