Blind hedgehog

This old hedgehog comes to this path at the edge of the forest every evening. The kids sometimes leave treats for the little fellow. They told me that he is blind (it looked to me like he did not have eyes indeed) and possibly deaf. He will not see or hear you unless you are quite loud and come really close or if you stomp on the ground. I could get really close to him by the end. I like how he shakes and sneezes.

My friend's wife in London adopted two blind ones. Apparently, they go blind quite often.
