Getting to places faster (villages are ten times closer to each other through the forest than they are via roads) and transporting stuff via narrow forest dirt roads mainly. But also for some agricultural works in the village. We also have a hind-carriage for it. We have a fleet of different vehicles, this is just a new addition.

I'd love to have a mini tractor of my own, but I have no use for one.

We have a whole fleet of all kinds of tractors here and we have use for all of them. We also have horses.
You still can enjoy riding one if you volunteer somewhere where tractors are used for example.
