Hot

It is really hot in Moldova. We get up very early and work for a while before it gets hot, then it is siesta time which everyone spends in water.

All the buzz moves to the village pools.



Here they usually have several smaller pools rather than one big pool.



Many people here do not like pools. And I am one of them, I prefer natural bodies of water. The lake near our village is excellent and very picturesque. This river is much less so but it is still full of swimmers during the day.



This works great for me, because I feel a burning need to throw myself into water for a while after I listen to Farage or Johnson and luckily it can be easily done here.

And late afternoon it is back to work till late evening.

I too prefer natural bodies of water. I'm a complete and utter water baby - having grown up on a lake (pictured in this icon) I was always swimming.

Looks like fun. 

It's getting hot here too.  We got up to 28°C last Sunday.  Our weather is odd though one day can be Sunny and hot then the next cool and raining. 

Winter is worse with the snow and the freezing Temps.

It gets cold here in winter too but not as cold as in your neck of the wood of course.

When I was at camp, I just wanted to jump in the lake but the lake is full of snapping turtles. I swam in a pool instead. woo!
