The British people have spoken. I predicted a narrow win for the Remain camp and probably would have voted to stay.

May everything turn out great for the UK. Two most prosperous countries in Europe, my native Norway and Switzerland are not part of the EU but are still part of the European family (free movement of labour, etc). May it work out for Britain in the best way possible too. Go Britain!

So the leave won?  They are actually going to leave the EU?  Hopefully it works out for them.

Yes, leave won. Britain will be leaving the EU. Prime minister will step down. Scotland voted to stay though so now the referendum for Scotland to leave the UK is quite likely again.

If you choose to settle for life in any one particular country, which would it be and why?

Denmark, Norway (both are home) or UK (because London is there).

We agreed to play the good-cop-bad-cop game in a different way: I get optimistic, and you say a bitter truth, But today it looks like we switched the roles...

I cannot open the page you linked to. If only we knew what is the truth. The bitterness is OK, the doubts whether what we are swallowing is the truth or not are much worse.

There were a couple of posts about Brexit that I deleted. You're right, I'm a little overreacting. But not without reason. It smells disgusting - the Hitler-Goebbels Farage-Johnson propaganda, and unprecedented level of irresponsibility. The nation is upset and splitted, the economy is in turmoil, Scotland looks at the door, all Europe is affected, and the Pandora box of nazi-like feelings is open. They overtrumped Trump himself.

In the words of Boney M "Oh those Russians!" )) A hot blooded bunch you are )). You do remember one of the most British things there is? The "Keep calm and carry on" one? Yes, it is upsetting but there is a (very slim) chance that it might not happen in the end. Or happen as a very mild divorce with all major rights and obligations kept in place (think Norway, which is not part of EU but still part of free movement of labour, etc). Our neighbours on both sides are devastated too but in a very understated "keep calm and carry on" way. Brits! ))

Of course, I should keep the flag of "those Russians" highly, what else could be expected from me?

But you can't disagree, this was disgusting - I mean, Farage, Johnson... How could Brits follow such apparent scoundrels? Did you see that face when he talks about 350m?
