Going for a swim

OK, our host is going to a lake not far from the village (there are quite a lot of them around) to open the swimming season. I am joining him. He told me he was always the first to open the season and I do believe him. This break has a lot of earlys, early cherries, early swim.

We really like these just-around-the-corner-but-forgotten-by-the-world places. I think Moldova is hard to see from the right angle unless you know some locals here.

Swimming is wonderful! Was it a big lake?

It was awesome, we did it again today even though it was raining a bit. Our hosts told us that "nature does not have bad weather" (I think it is famous local rhyme) and took us swimming again. We had a great time.

The lake is not big. I will post a picture of it soon. It is just at the edge of the forest and part of a cascade of forest lakes. I think there are five of them very close to each other here.
