A little bit of Moorish influence?

Looking at old synagogues of Transylvania I could detect a little bit of Moorish influence in many of them.

Not sure I'd recognise typical Transylvanian architecture if it toppled over and hit me on the head, but I do see what you mean about that building.

I do like the turrets with knobs on.
