This graffiti we saw in Chisinau (Moldova's capital) the other day is in Russian and it says:

"Olejka (diminutive for Oleg, a popular Russian name we were told) I love you was wrong. Sorry!"

Obviously, she've found someone better. Otherwise she wouldn't cut that Oleg off.

In fact, Oleg is one of the viking names that came to Russia with that Roerick gang. Among the first Russian kings, there were Oleg = Helgi, Olga = Helga, Igor = Ingvar etc. Later, Slavic-Greek names ending at "-slav" or "-mir" or "-polk" replaced them.

My country is not bad, it is just very sick. Its postimperial syndrome and soviet childhood traumas grew dangerous for the country itself, not to mention other countries like Georgia, Moldova (with occupied Transnistria) and Ukraine. Isolation for some time seems to me a good idea. A sort of mental asylum. Give it some years of peace and rest, and it will be fine.

However, if you ask me so passionately, OK, I'll stop the construction of the fence. I'll call to whoever is in charge. Maybe they'd better build a good road for you.
