No, these cars were put on display by a local vintage cars owners' club (you can see No 21 on the windshield). They like expensive cars here. I was told it is an image thing for men here and they would save on everything and often would prioritise an expensive car over everything else including getting somewhere to live for example.

Actually I am corrected here that it is an image thing not only for men but equally for women too. What you drive matters a lot here apparently.
