In Tiraspol, Transnistria on Young Wine Day. Young Wine Day here is something like Beaujolais Day in France, a celebration of the new wine release.

Face painting bunny.  Is this a family thing over there?  Here any events with alcohol have to be 19 or older.

It is one of their main industries and export and it is a huge street party for which the whole centre of the city becomes pedestrian. It is not only about wine though and yes, it is a family thing, kids do not drink or hang out around the places where wine is actually served of course but there is kids' entertainment there too.
