I hope it isn't their swan song

topumI saw this swan made of old tyres and garden hoses in one of the monasteries not far from our village today.
Firstly, had I been a swan the thought of suing probably would have crossed my mind at least very briefly.
And secondly, I wonder if those orthodox monks who used to do things like this fairly recently:
are going "When did we go terribly terribly wrong with this?" these days. And yeah, I do hope this isn't their swan song.
