They are often so colourful, this is actually somewhat understated even. They mix them all in one outfit: red, yellow, green, blue, purple, orange. Different patterns all thrown in together too. The more colours and patterns the better.
It does in Europe too but definitely not in Moldova ). I also got confused because I thought I said that they didn't particularly favour green bags over the other colours here. )
