Nathan Yau looked at microdata from the American Time Use Survey from 2014, which asked thousands of people what they did during a 24-hour period. He used the data to simulate a single day for 1,000 Americans representative of the population to the minute.
Just look at those couple of bastards that go from "sleeping" to "leisure" then to "eating" and back to "sleeping" again. At least go to "personal care" first!) Or volunteer for an hour.
The US seems most asleep just before 4AM.
