Is that man on the street hunting pokemons?

I am not sure. I thought pokemon was released fairly recently and I took this photo last year. Was it out then? I was also wondering what he was doing.

That street looks vaguely familiar to me for some reason. It looks like a street in the movie only lovers left alive. 

Of course there were no evil pandas in the movie.

It looks a little like the panda is holding canisters of spray paint. Maybe that's what they're meant to be.

Yes, I think that's what they are. It looks to me like it is waiting to jump from behind that corner and start spraying the people walking down the street.
