Evening swim

We did our evening swim here yesterday. This lake is smaller and is not as good for swimming as our usual one but it was on our way back home. The lake is surprisingly deep. We had a great swim.

That looks delightful! I always worry about branches or rubbish in lakes. Don't know why, I'm sure you get sharp pointy things in the sea too, but I suppose I'm used to that.

I can understand that, lakes appear to me a bit less predictable on what is under the surface than the sea is for some reason. But I am very comfortable in and enjoy both. Whenever I live close to the sea I start missing the lakes and the rivers, I seem to need a mix of all three, one cannot fully substitute the other for me.

Oh no, no crocs or gators here.

That's good. Wouldn't be wise to swim with crocs or gators especially naked. I mean that's just saying free meal over here unwrapped and everything.

Although I don't think crocs or gators really like the taste of naked human-But still a free meal is a free meal.

I think all of their meals are free. That's the only good thing about being a gator I can think of, ha ha.

Ha! yes but sometimes the free meal fights and gets away.  Then they have to wait for the next one.

Good point. I'd be pissed if my steak could fight me and get away from me (highly unlikely), ha ha.
