It's going to be ending of mine day, but before end I am reading
this wonderful paragraph to increase my know-how.

There is nothing quite like increasing one's know-how by reading wonderful paragraphs before the ending of one's day, yes.

Strawberry margarita;

Mountain well water.
The stuff that I pour off applesauce when I'm making applesauce from a whole mess of apples and it's just too sloppy.
In the morning when I'm not yet awake, because I can't face coffee, diet vanilla coca cola.

I'm not the right person to ask. My wife loves Moscow Mules, Dark & Stormys, and oh that thing with vodka, lemon juice, and honey.

What do I drink most? What do I enjoy drinking most when I get it? I'm not sure. Water's way up there.
I like black coffee. I drink cranberry juice... do you mean cocktails? I drink milk daily. Usually non-fat. Last time, I got regular.

Context is important.

At home I drink tea all the time. Tea is hot and comforting.

If I'm out for a meal I drink beer (trad British bitter)

It depends on a lot of things but...

When I'm at home - water
When I'm out to eat - iced tea or on a rare occasion, root beer or red cream soda
When I'm out drinking - Amaretto Stone Sour or Long Island Iced Tea or Jaeger Bombs

:)

Nope, I drink alcohol.

As far as favorite cocktails go.... I'm not sure. I like "mai-tais". I'm not sure what else I've liked as much, so maybe I should stick with that, although I almost never have them.

Do you ever drink wine, whiskey, brandy, ale?
Like a glass of red with your dinner? A sip of whiskey in the evening?

I do sometimes drink wine. I don't keep anything super strong around, like rum or whiskey. But, I drink
wine occasionally. i think I prefer red wine generally to white wine. I do drink ale sometimes. I'm not sure I have a preference, except i find I do not like beer that has a very high alcohol content, such as Imperial Russian stout, or barley wine. And I think I dislike highly 'malty' beers/ales. Sometimes, I've liked India Pale Ales, although I find they have a tendency to make me have sneezing fits, I guess from hops. I like other types of beer occasionally, too, but I don't drink beer every week, nor alcohol in general every week.

I drink a lot of water.
At restaurants that serve it, a good sweet tea. Unfortunately not very common here in Northeast.

Alcoholic, I love a good Reisling and my favorite beer is "Not Your Father's Root Beer".

But I am not with myself. I practically stopped drinking because my work requires my mind sharp, and any doze of alcohol makes my mind on the next day a kind of blunt instrument...

There was this place in New Orleans that had the best bloody Mary's I have ever drank.  Flannigan's.  They stayed open 24/7.  They closed their doors a year or so ago.

I hate when this happens. When the bars and shops I go and like close down to make way for yet another Starbucks.

ext_189645: (Cream Tea)
From: [identity profile] bunn.livejournal.com
Ummmmmmmmm!
Coffee with cream
or
iced coffee on a hot day
or
licorice and cinnamon tea if I've had enough coffee
or
sparkling water with frozen raspberries instead of icecubes
or
St Austell Clouded Yellow beer.
or
alcoholic ginger beer (the sort that is a bit variable and not too sweet and has yeast swilling around in the bottom).
