I use Sony RX-1. It is the smallest full frame camera and the only non-DSLR full frame I think (at least it was when I bought it).
But as phone cameras get better very fast I find myself using it less and less, the camera on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is doing a very decent job in most cases (most of the pics in my journal are taken with it).
