Sweet ride

Still a very popular means of transport in the village. I often use it too.

I sat on a cart years ago, when I was in China. The horse farted right in my face. I regretted sitting right in front.

It's surprisingly difficult to find good clear reference photos of every-day horse-drawn transport - not fancy tourist carriages, but working vehicles and harness. Would you have a larger version of this, and if you do, is there any chance of getting a copy that I can keep on file?

I don't unfortunately. I am lazy with my camera these days and shoot mostly with my phone. Here I just cut off a little bit behind the cart and at the top. I'll keep in mind that you want to have a photo of every-day horse-drawn transport and if I find one in my photos or take a good one (too bad it is not summer anymore), I will let you know and share it with you.

Ah, I was hoping the phone had taken a bigger version and LJ had resized it. Never mind. If you do turn one up or take one, I'd be grateful, and in the meanwhile I have stolen a copy of this to keep as a handy reference.

Oh many ). They sometimes fill them full with people including babies, etc. And the ones with two horses can be bigger and fit even more people.
