Looks like it's only using 4 legs, which makes it one of the Nymphalidae, but that doesnt' narrow it down much. Looks a bit like a Gatekeeper and a bit like a Ringlet, which are both Satyrids ... so maybe some relative of theirs? It's a big family!
Flower looks a bit like a Fleabane, but it's hard to be sure without seeing the leaves.

Yes, it is in Moldova. I know nothing about plants and often ask the locals about them and then go to Wikipedia and change the language from Romanian to one of the languages I speak. Our forestry guys know most plants here but I either forget to ask them or cannot find the plants I wanted to ask them about around us at the time.
