This is one of our neighbours' cats. Is it a boy or a girl? What do you think?

Ha ha, that's a useful guide.

The cats here won't be touched by humans, so it would be hard to look under its tail. You can come really close and they take food right from your hand but if you try to pet or take them they will hit and scratch you and hiss at you.
