There were a lot of them with the same hairstyle there, about 30 probably.

Yes, they all had bottles of Stolichnaya vodka in their hands. There were about 30of them there with the same hairstyle and all of them had vodka bottles. They were dressed as a character from Absolutely Fabulous I believe.
